NAiO Community Guidelines and Safety Center
Effective Date: 2026-01-28
NAiO is a global community for digital nomads and long-term travelers. These Guidelines explain what is allowed, what is not allowed, and how to stay safe when interacting with others, including offline meetups.
1. Core Principles
Be respectful. Be honest. Keep the community safe. Do not harass, exploit, or endanger others.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are not allowed: harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory content, stalking, intimidation, or doxxing; fraud, scams, impersonation; illegal content or activities; sexually explicit content, pornography, nudity, sexual services, exploitation, and any content involving minors; non-consensual imagery; malware or attempts to compromise accounts or systems.
3. Dating-Oriented Content
Dating-oriented content similar to mainstream dating platforms may be allowed (for example, profile photos, introductions, and respectful flirting). Explicit sexual content, nudity, pornographic content, and sexual services are prohibited.
4. User Content You Upload
Only upload content you have the right to share. Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive documents. If you share documents, ensure they do not contain unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
You can report users and content and block users within the app. We may review reports and take action, including content removal, warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans. We may also cooperate with law enforcement when required.
6. Safety Center: Meeting People Offline
NAiO may help you connect with others. NAiO does not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee identity or intentions. Use caution and common sense.
Recommended safety steps: meet in public places; tell a friend where you are going; do not share sensitive personal information; keep control of your own transportation; do not send money to strangers; and trust your instincts.
If you feel unsafe, leave immediately and contact local authorities. You can also report the user in NAiO and contact support-mail@naio.one.
7. Provider Verification
We may verify certain external service providers (Providers). Verification does not guarantee quality or outcomes. Always perform your own due diligence.
