This Privacy Policy explains how NAiO LLC (NAiO, we, us) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use our Services. It also describes your rights and choices.

2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data you provide, data generated by your use of the Services, and data received from partners. You may choose to provide optional information in your profile. Some information is required to process purchases or provide specific features.
Account and profile data (may include): name, username, email, phone number, date of birth (optional), profile photo, work and travel details, preferences, biography, and other information you choose to share.
Content and communications: messages, group content, posts, photos, documents, and attachments you send or upload. Messaging is supported by a third-party provider (for example, CometChat).
Location data: if you enable it, we may collect precise location (GPS) to provide location-based features. You can disable precise location in device settings.
Transaction and billing data: when you purchase Premium or certain services, we collect data needed to process payment and maintain records, such as billing contact details, plan selection, timestamps, and payment confirmations. Payment card details are typically processed by payment providers and are not stored by us except as tokens or limited references, depending on the payment method.
Partner and booking data: when you access third-party services, we may receive booking status, confirmations, referral or attribution identifiers, and other operational data from partners.
AI interaction data: prompts you submit to AI features, AI outputs, and certain related inputs (such as preferences or booking-related context) used to provide and improve AI functionality. We do not use private chat content for AI training.
Sensitive information: You may choose to provide sensitive information (for example, health-related notes or tax-related details). Please do not provide sensitive information unless necessary. Where required by law, we rely on explicit consent or other lawful bases to process such data.
Device and usage data: app activity, device identifiers, IP address, log data, crash reports, and similar technical data.
Analytics and advertising: if enabled in the future, we may use analytics and advertising tools. Where required, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies or using similar technologies.
3. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to: provide and operate the Services; create and manage accounts; enable community features; facilitate and attribute partner services; process Premium subscriptions; provide customer support; improve, debug, and secure the Services; personalize experiences; and comply with legal obligations.
AI. We use AI interaction data to generate responses and recommendations. We may use eligible data (AI prompts and outputs, and certain profile or booking-related inputs) to improve our AI features. You can opt out of using your data for AI improvement in settings. If you opt out, we will not use your eligible data for AI improvement.
4. Legal Bases (EU/UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services); legitimate interests (to improve and secure the Services, prevent fraud, and operate the platform); consent (for optional profile fields, precise location, certain sensitive data, and non-essential cookies or marketing where required); and compliance with legal obligations.
You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We share personal data with service providers (processors) that help us operate the Services, such as messaging providers (for example, CometChat), hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, and email or CRM providers (provider to be determined).
We share personal data with payment providers to process Premium subscriptions and payments (for example, card processors, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
We share personal data with third-party providers and marketplace providers when you choose to use their services, to enable bookings, fulfill services, or provide support.
We may disclose personal data where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security, including to investigate fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
We use Google Cloud (Vertex AI/Gemini) to process AI requests. Your data is handled according to their enterprise privacy standards.
We do not sell personal data.
6. International Data Transfers
We operate globally and may transfer personal data to countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where required (for example, for EU/UK users), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Some infrastructure and vendor locations are to be determined and will be updated as we finalize providers.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can delete your account through self-serve controls. We will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period after account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements (for example, payment and accounting records).
8. Your Rights and Choices
Account settings: You can update profile information, adjust privacy settings, and opt out of AI improvement in the app settings.
Location: You can disable precise location in device settings.
Access, deletion, and portability: You can request access to or a copy of your personal data, request deletion, or request portability by contacting support-mail@naio.one. If you are in the EU/UK, you may also have rights to rectify data, object to processing, and restrict processing.
Marketing: You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting support.
Cookies: If we deploy cookies or similar technologies for analytics or ads, you will be offered consent choices where required.
9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure.
10. Children
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
